Over-learning

One of the areas that we have focused on this year in the elementary has been what is called “over-learning.”  Over-learning simply means practicing something so much that it becomes second nature.  A great example of this in 3rd grade is shown below.  The 3rd graders are racing the clock to label the 50 states and beat their fastest time as a class.
